These terms govern your use of PlatePlan, including subscriptions and generated meal-planning content.

Using PlatePlan

PlatePlan provides meal planning, nutrition tracking, shopping list, saved recipe, and exercise logging tools. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding whether generated suggestions are appropriate for your needs.

Health and nutrition

PlatePlan is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional. Consult a professional before making significant diet, exercise, or health changes, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or other health concerns.

Subscriptions

PlatePlan Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription. The planned launch offer is a 3-month free trial followed by $9.99/month, unless your app store or web checkout shows a different localized price or offer. Purchases, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and billing are managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat Web Billing with Stripe according to the account and purchase path used for purchase.

Generated content

Meal plans and recipes may be generated or adapted by automated systems. Review ingredients, allergens, preparation steps, and nutrition estimates before relying on them. Nutrition values are estimates and may vary by product, portion, and preparation method.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse PlatePlan, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's account, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the app in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
